The 10th edition of the European Economic Congress in Katowice is starting. On 14-16 May this year, under the roof of the International Congress Centre and the Spodek Arena, congress records will once again be broken – over 150 discussion sessions will be attended by as many as 900 panellists: EU commissioners, representatives of the Polish government and business, including the real estate industry. The condition and development prospects of the commercial and residential property market is one of the main topics of the event.
