Remote technical support

To meet customer expectations, the scope of technical support has been extended to include the possibility of a remote connection between our technical advisor and the customer’s computer. The remote connection makes it possible to quickly locate the source of the problem and effectively implement corrective measures.

In order to obtain remote support, you need to use the TeamViewer application through which a connection between computers is made (computers must have access to the Internet).
